My nephew, Michael, gave us a big scare! He totaled his new Mustang. Car vs. tree....the tree always seems to win. He was tranferred to Neuro ICU at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta with a bleed in his brain. Once there, they found a cerebral anurysm. OMG! We all were freaked out. Yesterday, he went for an angiogram. The neurosurgeon said that he was 99% sure exactly where it was but he needed to do the angiogram to get that final 1% for confirmation, then he would insert a coil. Well, guess what? The angiogram showed that there was NO anurysm! He said the bleed from the trauma will absorb, the concussion will resolve and he will be perfectly normal! How about that for a miracle?
